Ms. You, a Chinese CPA, started her career in the railway industry. She served various finance and accounting roles culminating in her role as the Chief Financial Officer of the Shenyang Railway Bureau and the director of the Railway internal bank. In 1992, she founded Shenyang Tietong Materials Co., a metals distribution company. Subsequently, she co-founded Shenyang Huatie Group in 2002.
In addition, Ms. You also served several governmental roles. She was congress women of Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) representing city of Shenyang from 2001-2016, deputy director of the Economic Committee of the Shenyang Municipal Political Consultative Conference, vice president of the small and Medium Enterprise Association of Liaoning Province. Furthermore, she is also active in the business community as the standing vice president of the Shenyang Small and Medium Enterprise Association and the standing director of the Shenyang Municipal Association of entrepreneurs.
Ms. You has received numerous awards for her accomplishments: 1) Outstanding entrepreneurs in Liaoning Province; 2) the Outstanding Pioneering Women of year in 2006; and 3) The outstanding entrepreneur of Shenyang in 2016.
On January 25, 2011, Ms. You was honored with the prestigious title of small and medium business country representative. She represented small and medium businesses of the entire country and participated in the "government work report" held by Premier Wen Jiabao (solicit draft) and the "draft plan (Draft) of 12th Five-Year" (Draft).
Ms. You holds a master's degree in accounting and is a party member of the Chinese Federal Government.

Mr. Shi started his career in the nonferrous metal processing sector. He served in various technical and production leadership roles and became the Vice President of Markets, Production and Procurement of Shenyang Metallurgical Nonferrous Metal Rolling Co. in 1996. In 2002, he co-founded Shenyang Huatie Group and currently serves as GM of production, procurement and technology.
Mr. Shi believes quality product comes from constant improvement with innovative and new manufacturing processes. As such he is an ardent inventor within the aluminum cooling industry. He currently holds 4 patents for invention, 39 utility patents and 2 designs patents. Two of the patents won prize for scientific progress of the Ministry of Machinery Industry. His invention also garnered numerous Liaoning's outstanding new product awards. In 2008, he won the labor medal of Shenyang and was awarded "the ten largest patent product original award in Shenyang.” In 2009, he was awarded the title of "100 best scientific and technological innovators in Shenyang". In 2012, he won the patent award in Liaoning province and was awarded the "Shenyang City labor model". In 2017, he was jointly recognized by the Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Shenyang Talent Bureau as Shenyang's high-level talents.
Mr. Shi is also active in the local government and currently serves as a member of the CPPCC in Shenbei New Area of Shenyang and vice chairman of Shenbei New Area private enterprise association.
Mr. Shi holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and is a party member of the Chinese Federal Government.

Lindi Shi started her career as an auditor at Deloitte and quickly rose to a manager role before leaving and joining her family business, Huatie, in 2007. Lindi is currently the global sales and marketing director and responsible for all international sales and strategy of commercial transportation sector.
She is active in the industry winning the "Innovation Capability Award" of Chinese enterprises in 2009. In the same year, she was elected as a member of the Shenyang Youth Federation. In 2011, she won first prize of the enterprise management progress in Liaoning. She won the prestigious Shenyang female science and technology research achievement award in 2013. Lindi is a CPA with a Masters in Public Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and a member of the Texas Institute of certified public accountants.

Before joining Huatie, Jay was the Business Manager and Project Manager for Shell's global Chemicals and Pipeline business. Before Shell, Jay designed LNG plants, refineries and offshore processing facilities (including heat exchangers and cold boxes) at KBR and ConocoPhillips.
Jay has been active in the heat transfer technology sector with multiple patents. He is also an active member within the Houston community. He was awarded Community Leader of the year by Houston OCA in 2017.
Jay holds a chemical engineering degree from UT Austin and JD/MBA from Northwestern. He has a license to practice law from the State of Texas
